Meet the Crew: BEAR

Necessity is the mother of invention.

Plato said that. Frank Zappa thought it sounded like a cool band name. And for Bear, a member of our PPC Delivery Crew, it seemed like a good jumping off point to come up with a pretty amazing secret sauce for some hot wings that was so we good we decided to add it to the menu.

“I got bored of buffalo wings so I just played around mixing different sauces in different ratios until I found something I liked. After a while I realized I kept making the same sauce every night after work and boom, Bear sauce was born.”

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, PPC people are the best people. And Bear is no exception. We caught up with him recently for some photos and a few questions. We hope you enjoy getting to know him as much as we did.

It might be a few weeks before he’s back delivering those tasty Bear Wings to your door due a slight moped incident he’s recovering from. But we look forward to seeing him back soon. Get well soon, Bear. And thanks for the special sauce!
